Perfect Summer Food to Fuel Your Yoga Practice

 Overall, raw foods provide more
densely packed nutrients with less
calories. If you are looking to lose
weight or maintain good health and
prevent disease,incorporating raw
foods into your diet will generate a
more satisfied feeling due to the time
needed to break down the
unprocessed matter.  You will also feel
and look healthier if you eat more raw
foods.  If you feel as though your body is
filled with toxins, a detox is recommended
to cleanse the cells of the body as the
first step to making the change.  This
allows purity in the cells of the body which
allows the efficient uptake of nutrients.
